STAYING POWER…

We are proud of our 25+ years of interior design, but we are most proud of our 10 years in the La Jolla Village community. How do we do it? That’s a really good question. While we may not have the magic elixir, here’s what we do know; communication is key. We are not just talking about a clear design message, we are talking about engaging the client in robust feedback so that they feel part of the decision making process every step of the way. Follow-through, timeliness, and complete transparency establishes a high level of trust for our clients. As a result of this trust, they will comfortably use us again and recommend us to their friends, family, and colleagues.

CHOICES…

When faced with potential clients, we have many choices with regard to which projects to take on as a design firm. Be it hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential interior design, we always use the same filters and ask the same questions. Are Esteban Interiors and the potential client a good match? Does our dynamic design style and our innovation fit the needs of the client? We value our clients and enjoy building long lasting relationships. Most of our clients have been with us for 10 – 15 years, so keeping that relationship rewarding for everyone is not only fulfilling, but necessary.

FLEXIBILITY & LOYALTY…

Remaining open to new ideas and fresh ways of thinking helps not only keep our firm relevant and modern, but it allows for more synergy and collaboration with our partners and clients. This often fosters our best work. We do our best to “shop local” and create loyal relationships with our vendors and suppliers. Their product quality is a direct correlation on our firm and if they are successful, then we are successful and everyone wins!
