Windansea Beach
The historically designated home was purchased by our client in Windansea Beach. The brief was to design a home that reflects modern living, with a timeless sensibility, all while combining the client’s personal style. Our biggest achievement was decompartmentalization of the home’s existing flow, to create a home that flows in unison with the beautiful courtyard enclave we created. The home lives very large and open and lends itself to ample entertaining with the cleverly designed wine vault. The added “Casita” or what we labeled as the recreation room which features a linear bar, shuffleboard, and ample seating as a counterbalance to the courtyard.
